Stay Strong and Keep Moving
A few years ago, I was morbidly obese and addicted to junk food, caffeine and cigarettes. My confidence was at rock bottom, I was negative and cynical about life. In 2013, I transformed my life by deciding to become fit and healthy - and by doing something about it.
I stopped smoking, lost over 10 stone and changed the way I thought about life in general. Specifically, I changed my attitude to food, from seeing it as a guilty pleasure to understanding that food is our fuel and that our lives are shaped by the quality of the fuel that we put in our bodies.
So, I’m more than just a fitness trainer. I am a coach. I have been where you may be now. I know how frustrating and depressing it can be when you can’t change. I have my own experience of taking those first steps and developing new, healthy exercise and eating habits.
If I can do it, so can you.

Whatever your goals - weight loss, getting fit or taking your fitness to a new level, I have tools that can help you. I make training fun and positive, and I’ll always be honest with you to help you progress. It doesn’t have to be a struggle, but if times get tough I’m there to help.
When we start, you’ll have a free one-hour consultation which will help me understand your current situation and goals. We’ll identify the obstacles that need to be removed for you to achieve them.
