Hello everyone! Here's a new video for you to watch when you have ten minutes. Some tips on a basic push up or press up as well as making a pretty cool kale and spinach salad.
Here's the recipe from the video in detail for you:
2 handfuls of spinach
2 handfuls of kale
1 tin of chickpeas which I forgot to mention in the video
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Handful of raw cashew nuts
Shallot or onion - Optional
