Back again with day three footage! It is all about stretching and recovery, so grab a pen and paper to write down the moves, you can then add them to your program.
A lot of people do very little, if any, stretching and this leads stiffness and pain the next day, setting Jonny up for success was key; stretching and recovery is just as important as the hard workouts.
On a side note, there are no real dinosaurs in this video... That would just be way too dangerous for London.
