Howdy there folks! Back again with the second to last episode! Jonny pushed himself harder in this one. We started with a jog to the park which is 1 mile, then a small jog around the park to stay warm, some warming up and then the main session with some running involved.
We wrapped everything up with a run back to the flat and then some stretching. Hats off to Jonny for committing to the intensity of this workout!
