Over the year I have had to learn a lot of really in depth stuff, training modalities, psychology and human behaviours, how to manage a website and how to tie shoe laces so they don't come undone in a HIIT training session. :-)
I thought to myself, 'What would be the things that have stood out for me since I started Raw Motion Fitness?' Then I thought I'd jot them down for you, after all, sharing is caring and I want to keep this blog as a nice blurb of my thoughts as I go through my journey. So here we go:
So there you have it; my top three things to really embrace some positive change in your life. Now don't just think that by reading this and trying things once you'll miraculously have a better situation, it takes persistence and dedication to create the life and body that you would like. I address these types of things in my programming with clients because I believe fitness is more mental issue than physical for a lot of people.
