I thought that this Monday I would share a little more on the topic of Positive Projection, which I have spoken about it in previous posts. I thought that the video below would help explain what I mean when I talk about Positive Projection. This also continues from last Friday's post about being a leader. Positive Projection is something that I am continually working on, I find it particularly hard when I am tired or stressed, two years ago I would have let the energy levels and stress overwhelm me; these days I try and focus on the positive things in my life when I feel low. I have summed up the video below, but give it a watch - you'll find it up-lifting.
