How does this course work?

  • The first and most important thing to note is that we are, together, going to create structure for your health and vitality.
  • You’ll have weekly videos to follow along with, fitness and mindfulness related as well as written coaching activities to keep you on track to your goals.
  • Your focus will revolve around 4 areas of our lives, movement, diet, happiness and quiet time.
  • The first week is about engaging with what is driving you to change your life and circumstances. It is about embracing the person you are looking to become and laying the foundations to build the strongest version of yourself.
  • The written and movement work will progress week on week and we will explore each of the 4 areas of your life in more detail and create solutions for any obstacles that you might be facing.

There are a few things that will really help you over the coming weeks and I have listed them below:

  • Everyone has their own time, each person is fighting their own battle, be mindful that this kickstart course is time to focus on you.
  • Make time for yourself each day to process the information in each video, if this feels daunting then have no fear as time is always on our side.
  • Commit to every single activity and embrace the opportunities in this course to express yourself.
  • Take your time, even if this takes you longer than 8 weeks, the videos and content will exist forever.
  • Taking your time and taking slower more comfortable steps is still progress!
  • Trust the process.

With all that said, get yourself access to a printer; and invest in a diary because these steps will change your life and open up a world of awesomeness! I love diaries, not because I write a journal every day, but because it is a connection that involves writing and expression when needed.

Expression of emotions and expression of thoughts to a piece of paper is a great way of channelling your energy, especially with the activities that are coming your way each week.

As long as you remain honest and make positive choices each and every single day with the tools that will be laid in front of you then you will thrive!
