This is a podcast that I have been eagerly waiting for from a chap called David Sinclair. David has written a book called Lifespan – Why We Age and Why We Don’t Have To. ​​​​​​​

I often find that when I change something in my life, be it diet or lifestyle it is always good to try and learn as much as possible, it helps to keep the mojo fired up and the mind on track!
