Before Mathias Jønsson started working with me, he was stuck.

Diagnosing the Structure
Mathias’s case was unique: at rest, he appeared relatively symmetrical. But once he activated his muscles, a dramatic spinal shift and ribcage deviation to the left became obvious.
He had developed patterned compensations that were locking him into dysfunction.
Instead of jumping into intense drills or forced spinal rotations, we slowed everything down:
